The act of obsessively thinking about or fantasising about your crush; whether you aren't with the person, are with the person or was with the person(i.e. your ex). It is the result of uncontrolled attraction. Symptoms of this little recognized, little respected but dangerous phenomenon includes but are not limited to:
a) Writing down the object of your attraction's name over and over again.
b) Constantly daydreaming about what it's like to be with your crush.
c) Obsessively planning or thinking of possible future events (first kiss, first date, wedding, number of kids, etc).
d) Constantly thinking about the possible reignition of a past flame long after a break up.
e) "He loves me, he loves me not. She loves me, she loves me not."

Girl's rational friend: "Sure, but what you're doing is not dreaming, it's mental stalking."
