A person of mexican origin that attempts to "mack" on another with a combination of spanish and english phrases. Usually incorporating words like "Lowrider" "Tacos" or "chica", usually spoken at a high rate of speed. Translation by white people impossible.
Note: A large proportion of Mexi-macks occur in the hallways of mid to upper class hotels between the lawn care professional and house keepers as they pass in the hallway.
