Midnight Crisis

A Midnight Crisis is a crisis in which an individual realizes that they are not what they want to be. In accordance with this crisis the person, in many cases, may change their life drastically.

when it's midnight and you realise you should start hauling ass to finish your homework

When you wake up realizing your guts are on fire and you need to use the bathroom but the only bathroom in the house is locked so you either poop yourself or break into a neighbor’s house to drop your bomb

When a person falls into a state of panic or crisis during the night. Usually triggered by one useless thought, the midnight crisis is common when the person is failing in trying to sleep.

a situation where someone in their 40's goes on a rampage of nightclubbing and partying to make up for time lost in their 20's and 30's when they concentrated on their career.

The feeling and du sequent thoughts that arise when you lie awake in the middle of night. They always end in thinking that tomorrow when you wake up you will change your way of life. Basically like a New Years Resolution but it’s created by lack of sleep, not alcohol.
