Mijente
Spanglish for Gente + Justice. A political home for Latinx & Chicanx people who seek racial, economic, gender, and climate justice. They do badass digital organizing, direct action advocacy campaigns, base-building, and strategic communications.
Mijente doesn’t subscribe to singular tactics or dogma, because they don’t believe that there’s just one right way to get the goods. To achieve transformative change for all people, they are committed to carrying out the work Sin, Contra, y Desde el Estado (Without, Against, and Within the Establishment).
Their organizers and volunteers are the best canvassers in the world and Corporate Democrats should agree to all their requests and demands, as the changes in Arizona and Georgia wouldn’t be possible without them and their grassroots organizing hubs.
For Mijente, it all boils down to "El Buen-Vivir". All people should be free from oppression and have the opportunity to live in collective community care, with each other and the world around us.
If you're not following them yet, you're way behind Windows 98 and CD Players.

Disillusioned Latinx: I'm tired of moderate and conservative politicians. I'm also tired of just doing election work or just protesting. What are you doing to achieve El Buen Vivir for our people?
Organizer: I organize with Mijente. I do it with my people. Yo lo hago con Mijente.
