a Milfboy is specifically a gendered male within a legal age (in between 20's or 25.), taking the form of a feminine side. was once a Femboy (a boy with feminine features.) except evolved and more attractive features, well endowed with bigger hips, smaller waist. more wise and three times as attractive.

Milfboy's tend to attract a large group of other males, effectively either turning them from straight to gay, or making them even more addicted to said milfboy.
