Mingless Gormonger
An Americanized version of the British words "gormless" and "minger". Used to refer to someone who is both ugly and a fool.
Guy 1: "Hey look at that guy. He's a real mingless gormonger."
Guy 2: "Yeah, what stinky idiot."
Guy 2: "Yeah, what stinky idiot."
