Moncayo is a famous clan in the Philippines, particularly at the Visayas region. Locally in the Visayas, the Moncayo is usually used to substitute words like "gwapo", "taas", etc. The descendants of the Moncayo's are usually tall and has connected eyebrows. Most of them gets a girlfriend at 15+ years old so they are also used as an adverb.
Girl: That guy is tall! Is he part of the Moncayo?

Boy: Damn! You got your first girlfriend at only 15 years old! Just like a Moncayo!
