1) An ugly / fat girl who thinks that she's the greatest thing to walk this world.
2) Insists on insulting others even if they are prettier, smarter, cooler than the Mopap herself.
3) Rejected by society the Mopap normally stalks behind the kids who she was rejected by hoping for them to notice her.
4) Sometimes reffered to as a Moper or Mopsy
