A prank pulled on someone while sleeping where you put your testicles on their forehead to make your penis look as a comically large nose.
This prank is based on the character Mortadelo from the popular spanish comic books “Mortadelo y Filemon” Where he has a phallic shape.

Make a Mortadelo it's a joke that consist to place your eggs in the eyes of another person and placing the penis in the nose. It's named Mortadelo in honor to the face of a Spanish cartoon (his face reminds a penis). Normally, people do Mortadelo when the victim is sleeping.
