The 4th most powerful being ever who has inspired the church of vlouse, he has influence over the ancient texts of vlouse. The man is a African- German man darker than night who has been said to wear a black blouse and upside down sunglasses with white frames. Only one man has seen him however and that is Enlightened Clyde, it is thought by him that the reign of Mr. Vlouse is soon along with his mutated black children.
