NCTA
Stands for "Nationality change to another", you can change your nationality by gaining a new citizenship, be it Immigrating on valid pass-port on some work visa and getting permanent residency for citizenship, or renouncing your old nationality, or marrying someone from that country. There's various ways of getting a new citizenship, documented and real, but there's people that mistake it too, below.
There's a common mistake within United states citizens thinking that because they have ascendency from a random country it now means it's their real nationality, even though they don't speak the language, never lived in there and have the same beliefs and way of thinking from someone in the USA. Even if someone from that country they believe they are explains to them that they're not.
Or even worse, people that say they are from another country because they deem it as an "aesthetic" and "poggers".
