A B52 is an injection of 3 different drugs that is usually used on psych patients, or patients that are being combative.
It is usually given IM (intramuscular)

• Haldol 5mg
• Ativan 2mg
It has a very calming and sedative effect on patients and very often puts them to sleep.

B52 Bomb
Term giving to the sheer size of a drugs bomb, normally done with mkat (meow) in capsule form. After consuming a B52 expect to be wiped out for a few hours. Not for the faint hearted.
Man he just done a B52 Bomb, he's gunna be gurning for hours.
IM B52
With Inpatient Mental Health, this cocktail of Benadryl, Haldol 5mg, and Ativan 2mg may be ordered to be administered to a patient acting violently towards staff or other patients. The Haldol has a great effect on psych symptoms in a fast period while Ativan takes care of certain withdrawals with sedative effects, along with Benadryl causing the patient to hopefully calm down or even take a nap. Most likely the patient will be sedated with this, and may be therefore considered a chemical restraint.
Anyways, the funniest shit about this is that while it has sedative effects, it has the same name as the B-52 bomber, the airplane responsible for dropping nukes in WW2.
