He really looks creepy. He’s so idiotic that Saiki can’t even read his thoughts because he has none. He has a weird hairline and a weird chin. Everybody thinks he’s dumb. He calls Saiki “pal”, all the time. He’s actually really nice despite his dumbness and looks.
