Netigeyser

A netigeyser is a spring characterized by an intermittent discharge of water ejected turbulently. It is accompanied by the burn of the saline solution you just ingested into your sinus cavities after using your neti pot. As a fairly common phenomenon, the formation of netigeysers is due to particularly severe congestion conditions that exist in your head.
