Neurosimp
A person not having an autistic spectrum disorder who upon discovering another does, instantly changes their attitude toward them to one more suited to a very young child, typically based on the perception that autism entails lower intellectual capacity.
"So did you tell that guy you were seeing you have ASD?"
"Yeah, but he started being a big neurosimp about it. Treating me like I was 5, literally clapping when I made dinner and constantly asking if I was following any discussion. Guy just doesn't get it."
