New Found Glory

A band who are often mistaken for emo, when they are very obviously POP-PUNK. Became known when "my friends over you" was released.

New Found Glory is a band that plays a type of rock music. There are five members.

Coming from Coral Spring FL in 1997 with there CD its all about the girls" NFG (new found glory) really got fans attention with there CD “Nothing gold can stay”. In that CD was one of there many hits “hit or miss”. Signed with multiple labels such as Drive thru, Geffen, Fiddler, MCA and Drummerboy it’s easy to see why NFG went platinum multiple times. They are going on there 11 year together and are still putting CDs out. They have been named everything from emo to pop-punk to hardcore to easycore although they must be label they say they don’t liked to be, they just what to play music for there fans and don’t care what kind it is.

The best band ever!!!! just had their new album catalyst come out a couple months ago and toured with green day. THE KICK ASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

a kick ass band, i luv em, and i dont think im punk coz i listen 2 it, im not an avril, i didnt take up skating coz i thought it was punk, and i dont wear baggy jeans, i just like the fuking music, so just coz they think theyre punk dont mean i think i am

yeah, they are kind of whiny and the vocals can sometimes sound boy bandish but they are not sell outs, considering they always were that way, and the guitar's pretty good.

Particularly whiny breed of pop-punk losers.
