A word used by Twitter niggas who live in the ghetto that men use as a filler word to act like they're blacker than another nigga, sometimes they use Ngoba in the correct context, and sometimes they just say it randomly. No actual nigga speaks like this, only the "classy" niggas on Twitter acting like being blacker than another nigga is a sport.
