nickword
In search engine jargon, a nickword or "niqueword" is the opposite of a keyword or keyphrase. It steals or nicks the meaning or in French fucks it up. It can be a word that you add to a search query or a word or concept that pops up in every result and totally obscures what you are looking for. Even when you put a minus sign in front of the word in your search terms it still can appear. Annoying and or confusing and often presented on purpose! One cod example is when you search Plasma (looking for scientific information on the fourth state of matter) and all you see in the results are plasma televisions. Television is the nickword.
I searched for "Why Americans are fat?" and all I got were nickword (s) like genetics, multifactorial, stress-related. Why don't they just say they haven't a clue.
