Noragall/Velvent

Noragall/Velvent is an "oc" that usually spends a year obsessing over one character, then spends the next year doing the same to another fictional character, but in a different appearance. ((For example, it will completely redesign itself (maybe to a furry) to fit into another fandom.)) Will ship itself with a canon character, without taking notice that its a disgrace to do so.
Lies to others, is disrespectful, but expects everyone else to be kind to them.
Thinks that they're interesting, but they're not.
