An inexperienced, unqualified, or otherwise inept amateur over his head in the Obama administration.
Press Secretary Robert Gibbs is such obamateur that he can't handle even simple questions or keep his answers straight.
Obamateurism
A daily occurrence at the White House from Jan 2008 to Nov 2012, highlighted by remarks such as "businesses needing loans to make payroll" and "obligations to create jobs", as well as bowing to foreign kings and dictators.
Businesses have “obligation” to create jobs and “pay decent wages”! Wow, really? Believing that and actually saying it is such Obamateurism...
