Sedative-type drugs dat are so powerful and dangerous dat they may "have da Achmed effect" if ingested --- i.e., they may "keel" you.
Lots of tranquilizers --- both legal and illegal --- are so "hazardous to your health" (think, all of da ongoing class-action lawsuits against Pfizer and other "Big Pharma" corporations) dat dey should probably be classed as "obiturates"!
