Oggspot
A penile deformation in which a large cluster of nerve endings is present at a random spot of the penis. For example, there may be a small spot on the left side of the base of the head of the penis that is extremely sensitive to stimulation. It may even cause random erections when the spot rubs against the inside of the man's underwear.
