Paris-Roubaix
A Single day cycling race in Northern France region known as Hell of the North, Queen of the Classics and The Easter race. First run in 1896, Paris-Roubaix is one of the most demanding races due to the cobbled sections of the race. Racers use bikes that have stronger frames than tradition road bikes and have wider tires. The race also frequently has bad weather which turns the cobbles slick and muddy from run off. The trophy for winning is a mounted cobble.
