Pebble pouch

When a mans testicles are covered by a half sock and two half inch strips of duct tape. The term was originally called the “marble sack” in 1975 when the famous artist bob ross styled the half sock himself. As it later became a more popular style of provocative clothing for men the name changed to the pebble pouch.
