Pepper boy
A frolic, young braggadocio who does not refrain from freely speaks his mind and does not consider the consequences of inappropriate statements. Their swaggering, cocky manner, which is usually complemented with outlandish Ed Hardy tee-shirts, mesh back American eagle caps, and tattered, faded denims, can be interpreted as either flamboyantly extroverted or unnecessarily 'assclownish'. A person who acts as a servant or a side kick to another person. This person is often a complete beta or bitch.
