Used as a placeholder instead of an adjective to confuse the listener. Most commonly used with a posh British accent to make the person saying it seem more intelligent than they actually are.
Keelum: How was your day Kortion?
Kortion: It was quite perfigurous Keelum.
Keelum: Wot.
Kortion: It was quite perfigurous Keelum.
