perpetual laziness
a rare disease which makes completing even simple tasks difficult, often prevalent within students, teenagers, and adults in the workplace. Can be genetically inherited. Chances of contracting perpetual laziness is much higher when large amounts of homework is assigned, due dates for projects are listed, or any amount of work involving physical or mental labor is involved.
Mr. Teacher: "Did you finish your book report like I told you?"
Andy: "Naw teach, I contracted a severe bout of perpetual laziness over the weekend."
Mr. Teacher: "Oh my, completely understandable. I'll give you another week."
