Pertustitute
A prostitute of ill-health, exhibiting frequent coughing, rattling and wheezing, phlegmy and general malaise. Typically targetting a lower class of client and willing to accept reasonable offers.
I found her in the park, in rags, hacking like a jitney - but all I had was a crumpled twenty, and so a pertustitute would have to do.
