Peruvian Peanut Butter Pie

The act in which an abnormally fat woman sits and shits on a man's back. She then grinds on his back and takes a blowtorch and heats up the end of the rubbed-in shit to harden it. The rubbed-in shit on his back will result in looking like a peanut butter pie.
