a little (or a facetiously adorable) putz or prick or young dude. Used to verbally smack a kid trying to act older or tougher than his age or size. From Yiddish slang for penis with the suffix -ele (pronounced uh-luh) suggesting sarcastic affection or lack of physical size. Use this word only with cautious discretion, as some may infer anti-Semitic intent by the speaker.
"So now the petzele wants to hang with me," says an almost-teen dude to get rid of his younger brother.
