noun. A member of the medical laity who routinely dispenses unsolicited (and sometimes dangerous) pharmaceutical advice.
Mary in conversation with Jane, the Pharmacutioner:
Mary: "I'm sad."
Jane: "Have you tried medication?"
Mary: "I'm sad because my cat died this morning."
Jane: "Oh. Have you tried medication?"
Mary: "I'm sad."
