Combining Oliver and James Phelps (George and Fred Weasley from the Harry Potter Series by J.K. Rowling) in a sentence. Instead of saying "Oliver and James Phelps," one would say "The Phelpsies are awesome."
"I adore the Phelpsies!" or "The Phelpsies rock."
Phelpsies
Members of the anti-gay group who protest at the funerals of American military personnel killed in Iraq, led by the Rev. Fred Phelps. Phelps believes American deaths in Iraq are divine punishment for a country that he says harbors homosexuals. The group finances their activities by suing churches and individuals by claiming impairment of their First Amendment rights and assault by angry and disgusted mourners.

Someone with technically large feet or body shape similar to a swimmer. In this case, similar to the swimmer Michael Phelps.

Pulling a Phelpsy
Winning 8 gold medals at the olympics in swimming and then doing some weed and losing all your sponsors and being suspended.
