An intentional misspelling of "Philippines" by osu! Game member OrangeCat in jokes delivered both to the tone of self-mockery and outright avoidance of using the correct spelling of the name of the country, alluding to the fact that Philippines has phallic-looking peninsulas (aptly called "penisulas"). The notable example of such "penisulas" being Zamboanga peninsula, other "penisulas" include the peninsula surrounding Davao-Sarangani border and the peninsula comprising Davao Oriental and Davao de Oro.

Used to mock the people of Philippines on multiplayer games (such as MLBB) where Filipinos are common if they're being hateful towards you. Best to use it if someone from Philippines goes Mongoloid (mock against Mongolians) Ching Chong (mock against Chinese) etc.
