Ballcumsision

A Ballcumsision is when a dude crosses his legs so tight that his ballsack is either laying on top of them, or just hanging under it, deprived of all its blood circulation. It is know by the ancient Japanese monks that if you stay in that position for to long, your balls will become larger and larger, until they explode, spraying cum everywhere. It is called a ballcumsision because just like a circumsision, it chops off some of your privates and never lets you grow a second pair.
