Someone who struts around, pretends to know everything, and shits on everyone else, despite having a brain about the size of a walnut.

A pigeon person has the same traits as a pigeon and its relationship to person that feeds it. If you see a pigeon and you feed it - after it won't fuck off. A pigeon person is when you preform some act of kindness towards the pigeon person and then they won't leave you alone then after, thinking that they are bff's with you and not giving you any time alone when your in public.

Person2:"He's not my fucking friend, I seen him on his own in school so I talked to him and now he won't fuck off."
