A stupid rich stuck-up person from the suburbs bought a wireless router with BROADBAND internet connection (which is totally bogged down by the ISP) and encrypted it with a password but since passwords are crackable the talented hacker cracked the password and is now using the rich persons wireless network which now gives them free internet.

The authorities caught a coupe of people doing this and labeled this a Piggyback.
