Piss Worm

A term defining a certain human who is interlectually slow and wriggles instead of uses his feet to walk

The assumed after-effect of anal sex. An insinuation that one's urethra will fill with feces durning anal sex, much like a chocolate shake drank through a straw and later expelled; appearing to be a "brown worm".
