Pitorro, is the ilegal drink in Puerto Rico... It's like moonshine only that instead of whysky, its rum... It's also known as Ron ca~a ... people tend to cure it with fruits, like quenepas, parcha ( pasionfruit) and carambolas (starfruit).

Describes a dick or something that looks like a dick. lets say a dildo or even a joystick can be called a pitorro.

Use pitorro to describe also something that makes a sound like a horn. usually named äs a pito
