If you make it to the bed that is the extra point.

Doing a spin around or tossing her in the air is the two point conversion.

Now here is where Mortal Kombat Test Your Might comes in.

Be sure to have a place were if you lose grip or fall you can place her down before someone gets hurt.

Don't let her fuck your back up, if she loses grip she wasn't ready to play like she thought she was.
