When you have a sex change, and then decide you want to go back to being the sex you formerly were. Derived from South Park character Mr. Garrison, and what he did on the show once.
Guy: Where's Nicki?
Guy2: Oh, she became Nick again.
Guy: So, when Nick said he wanted to be female, he was pulling a Garrison?
Guy2: Yup.
