Purple Pecker Pain (Payne)
Mainly afflicting tall gentlemen taking either Viagra or Cialis. Prevelent in those suffering from Osgood–Schlatter disease. Symptoms include swollen, painful testicles with the name being based on the penis turning a bright color of purple prior to ejaculation, which then consists of both blood and semen.
