The coolest queen England has ever seen. Often referred to as "Joe", "Pepsi Can", "Kiri", or Joeskii". Joe is also the only male queen England has ever seen, he chose to be queen because "Queen of England doesn't have the same ring to it, pip pip cheerio" -Joe.
