Rauel
The first part of the word "Ra" is based upon the the ancient god Ra, which is the ancient Egyptian sun god. By the fifth dynasty he became a major deity in ancient Egyptian religion, identified primarily with the mid-day sun, with other deities representing other positions of the sun.
The word "El" was found at the top of a list of gods as the Ancient of Gods or the Father of all Gods, in the ruins of the Royal Library of the Ebla civilization, in the archaeological site of Tell Mardikh in Syria dated to 2300 BC.
The "U" in the word is the unity of both of these gods, forming a supreme god. According to Ancient Lemurian and Atlantian law, the word is forbidden to be used as a name for the repercussions it would have upon the world.
