Rest your nerves
When you're irritating someone and they want you to go sit down or leave them alone. Grandparents say this a lot.
"Mama can i have this? Mama can i have that toy?"
Mother/Grandmother: If you don't rest your nerves boy/girl!"
Mother/Grandmother: If you don't rest your nerves boy/girl!"
