Small village thats part of the town of Rhinebeck. When all of the rich ass Rhinebeck people drive through Rhinecliff (which is very poor and has crime involving gangs and drugs, ect.) they like "Who the fuck put this poor ass shithole here" before they remember that they get all their drugs here. and if they don't remember, they got beef with me. There are also two gangs in Rhinecliff, a Crip set, and a blood set.
