When someone starts spamming you with something that's important and you keep ignoring it despite the fact you rationally should respond.
"Gee, I hope I didn't catch that weird bug going around and turned into a roboghoster. My friend is shit posting on Facebook about how someone's trying to kill them. I would normally care and respond but now everyone and myself is ignoring them."
