Rogered Up

A person in a job that has an overbearing sense of authority, and is completely out of line with the title or nature of the held position. The attitude of somebody that is 'all rogered up' is typically a constant provocative accusatory tone, accompanied by an embellished flex-pose stance. Somebody who is rogered up will look for any excuse to abuse his or her authority no matter the degree of infraction, and will use this authority to produce a self-inflated ego and feeling of importance that is not consistent with societal norms. These people usually have the 'high and tight' haircut.
person 1: Dude that mall cop just tackled that lady for putting her gum in the recycle bin
person 2: Yeah I don't know what his problem is, he seems pretty rogered up...

Ted Rogers it up

1: To take a dump in the facilities of Ryerson University's Ted Rogers School of Management building, located in Toronto, Ontario.
2: To become a wealthy entrepreneur and create a large media conglomerate.
1: Yo, I just ate a killer meal at Taco Time. I think it is time to Ted Rogers it up.
2: I just graduated and I still can't find a job. I think it is time to Ted Rogers it up.
