This relates to a social media app known as "Tiktok. These 777 filters are known for having inappropriate images in them. They are a "choose your favorite" filter which you would tilt your head to the direction of your favorite character/variation of your character. At first it'll be normal with completely fine images and then once you choose it would usually display an image of that character naked or just some other type of inappropriate image.
