Rotuma
A dependent island of Fiji, South Pacific Ocean, 640km (400 miles) North-Northwest of Suva (capital of Fiji). Rotuma is a Volcanic island surrounded by 8 islets and was discovered during the 18th century by a Naval British Ship called the HMS Pandora during in which it was searching for the HMS bounty Mutineers. The main island (now called Rotuma) was formally named "Glenville".
