Rusty Rickshaw

A sexual act involving at least two men and one additional female, or male. During the act, both males must simultaneously penetrate the anal sphincter of the third(be it male or female), which is then followed by the third of the party manually completing the act for the two penetrating males from a rear-facing position as though pulling a rickshaw.
